Order Cancellation Before Shipment

To request a cancellation, simply reach out to our customer support team via email. Once we receive your request, we’ll check the status of your order to confirm whether it’s still eligible for cancellation. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and qualifies, we’ll process a full refund. The amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

 

We’re here to help if you change your mind, and we’ll do our best to make the process easy and straightforward for you.

Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, we’re no longer able to cancel it. At that stage, the cancellation window has closed. However, you’re still welcome to request a return after the item arrives. Just follow the steps provided in our Return and Refund Policy to start the process.

 

We understand that plans can shift, and we’re here to make sure you have options even after your order is on its way.

Order Modification

At the moment, we’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been placed. This includes updates to item selections, shipping addresses, or contact details. If you need to correct something or switch items, the best option is to cancel your order if it’s still within the eligible timeframe, and then place a new one with the updated information.
